Group members share common experiences in the grieving process. The group is offered prior to the holidays each year and are based upon the ten touchstones of grief. The group members are also encouraged to apply DBT skills in the midst of grieving.

You will benefit from this group if:

  • You have experienced the death of a loved one
  • You find it difficult to navigate strong emotions in the grieving process
  • Struggle with relationships due to grief
  • Experience anxiety and depression related to your grief.
