Jamey has over 15 years’ experience assisting clients in achieving their goals, whether it’s embarking on a new career, improving relationships, or reducing troublesome symptoms for improved quality of life. Jamey has experience with people of all ages and has worked in public health as well as in private practice. She is well-versed in providing guidance on career and life transitions, substance use disorders, gambling addiction, post-partum depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illness, stress management, fertility issues, and people with different abilities. Jamey has received additional training in critical incident stress debriefing, emotional freedom techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. She is committed to helping clients build inner strength through the development of long-term success strategies that will ultimately benefit all aspects of the client’s life.
