We understand it can be difficult to ask for help. Don't worry - you are in good hands! The Lilac Center has helped thousands of clients over 25 years. You can expect a smiling, caring professional ready to help you become healthy and happy again.

Your first appointment will be a 30 minute virtual screening to see if Lilac Center is a good fit for you. After this appointment is scheduled and confirmed you will receive an email or text with a link to join virtually. Our intake coordinator will tell you about our program, ask you some questions to match you up with the best clinician and services for your needs, and provide you with available appointment times.

If you would like to proceed with services after the screening, we will schedule you an initial appointment with your new Therapist. You will receive a link to complete some initial paperwork online. Please complete this before your appointment with your therapist. Or you may download the paperwork and bring it with you to the first appointment. Also, remember to bring your identification and insurance card. Depending on your insurance, you may owe a co-payment amount. Co-payments are due at time of service.
